bake sale progress

Over the past couple of days I have made strawberry jam/glaze, lemon/lime curd, and the dough for the peanut butter, oatmeal, mexican chocolate cookies. Gonna use store bought pie shells for the cheesecake, because I have them from the food bank and that is good enough for me. They are not graham cracker crusts, but the regular kind. Anyone have problems with that, they can just not buy one.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the pumpkin challah will not get done. But I should have 8 dozen cookies and four pies. That should be good enough, I think.
