The end of the road.

A friend of ours will be leaving this world tomorrow at 6pm. She has multiple terminal cancers and has no quality of life anymore. She has gone through the death with dignity process and has the meds to finish her life the way she wants to. I have so many feelings about this.

It is hard, but I really am relieved that she can choose to go now and not continue suffering. She fought hard, but cancer fought harder.
