E-mail from mom tonight.We are, none of us, executors of her will now. Power of attorney for her finances and health have been passed to others, so we are no longer involved. But, she hopes that we are well.

Well, the way I see it (and I am going to sound like an asshole, I know), is that it is about time some of the replacement offspring took on the heavy lifting.

I think they will actually call - I am dreading it, but I think they will. And when that happens, we will deal with together.
